A SET OF THIRTEEN CHINESE FAMILLE ROSE PORCELAIN DISHES, TONGZHI MARK AND OF THE PERIOD. Late Qing dynasty dishes decorated with butterflies and floral sprays. Each with six character seal mark of Tongzhi to base. 18.5cm diam. (13)
Provenance: From the estate of a prominent Peranakan family, Khoo Sian Ewe (1886 - 1964), thence by descent.
Two with 2 cm hairline to rim. One with 1 cm hairline. One with 3 cm hairline and a second smaller hairline next to it.
One with two chips to rim, the largest is 2 cm wide. Two with one chip. Another with slight chip to rim.
Minor frits to note.
