A CHINESE FAMILLE ROSE HEXAGONAL PORCELAIN BOWL, TONGZHI PERIOD (1861-75). Decorated to the exterior with various figures in a courtyard scene under a gilt rim with a turquoise interior and base. Six character seal mark of Tongzhi to base in iron red. 25.5cm diam. Provenance: Property of Terence E B Harnden who served as Senior Naval Stores Officer in Hong Kong between 1937 - 1940. Acquired in Hong Kong before returning to England, thence by descent.

Good overall condition with no signs of damage or repair. Minor wear to interior with small minor losses to enamel in places
