A VIETNAMESE BLUE AND WHITE PORCELAIN DISH, 15TH/16TH CENTURY. Heavily potted and decorated in underglaze blue, the pattern on the upper surface featuring a central blossom surrounded by floral patterns, whilst the outer wall is decorated with lotus leaf patterns. The recessed flat base is coated in a thin chocolate-brown wash. 24cm diam.

There is some surface wear to the interior and an old repair to the wall that appears to have been performed to disguise a crack.
