A small Chinese 17/18th Century underglaze-blue and iron-red porcelain box and cover. The square form box and cover decorated with dragons. Six-character mark of Chenghua to base. Approx. 5cm diam.
Firing defects and very small chip to the rim of the cover and to the inside rim of the box. A small star hairline inside the box running outwards approx. 3mm in four directions.
