A CHINESE BLANC DE CHINESE PORCELAIN LIBATION CUP, 17TH CENTURY. With applied floral sprays on an openwork base. Together with a carved and pierced wood display stand. Probably Kangxi period (1662-1722). Cup 5.4cm tall x 8.1cm wide. Provenance: Property of Terence E B Harnden who served as Senior Naval Stores Officer in Hong Kong between 1937 - 1940. Acquired in Hong Kong before returning to England, thence by descent.
One crack to side near base. Minute chip to rim. Stand in good condition.
