A Chinese late 15th Century / Ming Dynasty blue and white porcelain bowl. Decorated with a central animal motif and floral border leading into a gently everted rim with various floral sprays to the exterior. The base with a dimple to the centre.
With a 'Certificate of Authentication' from Abacus Asian Art & Ceramics, Indonesia, dated 16th May 2006. Diam. 15.5cm
In good overall condition for age with one hairline crack approx. 5mm long, very minor fritting around the rim and firing defects.
